The OCASI’s Organizational Standards Initiative Project – OSI Peer Mentoring Program matches participating agencies into mentoring relationships for a period of 3 months to twelve months. We highly recommend a 6 to twelve month period. These relationships strengthen capacity by bringing together expertise to help the peer group agency achieve organizational standards. These relationships provide peer member agencies with a support system in specified organizational development areas related to OCASI standards. Mentor and Partner agencies share skills, ideas, knowledge, policies, templates and other resources.
