OrgWise is a confidential organizational self-assessment tool. Your privacy is important to us. This page details the Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants', hereto referred to as "OCASI", policies on privacy-related matters.
OCASI neither collects personal information about its users nor receives personally identifiable information about its users unless the user volunteers it. On occasion when users provide information to us it is held in the strictest of confidence. If information is provided to us it is not shared with any outside organization or Web site.
User Account Details
The information you provide in connection with your OrgWise registration, including email address and username, will be used only for the purpose of facilitating your use of OrgWise and will not be shared.
Self-Assessment, Personal Notes, and Files
OrgWise is a confidential organizational self-assessment tool. OCASI staff will view your self-assessment, including notes and uploaded files only at your request, for the purpose of facilitating your use of OrgWise. Information from your self-assessment will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared within OCASI for any other purpose, or with any third party.
You are encouraged to send suggestions, comments, or questions to OCASI staff via the Feedback button, located in the right menu of each page. When you submit your feedback, we receive your message, including additional information to help us respond to your concern. This includes your username, email address, the page you sent the message from, and details regarding which browser you are using. This information is kept in the strictest confidence and is used only to respond to your feedback and facilitate your use of OrgWise.
Our site makes use of ‘per-session’ cookies. Cookies are small text files offered to your computer in order to keep track of your browser as you navigate the site. Their purpose is to keep track of your browser for the duration of each session so you do not have to log in repeatedly. ‘Per-session’ cookies expire when you close your browser.
Linked Web sites
OCASI does not review the privacy policies of entities that we link to. OCASI's policies relating to collection, use and disclosure of personal information as described in this Privacy Statement do not govern the activities of such linked parties in relation to users' personal information submitted via such linked Web sites. Security and Retention
We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information you provide. Personal information we collect is stored on servers in Canada. We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil its purpose.

This agreement between you, the user and OCASI shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. You hereby consent and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Ontario in any proceeding related to this agreement.
5. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and OCASI with respect to the subject matter hereof and cancels and supersedes any prior understandings and agreements between the parties hereto with respect thereto. There are no representations, warranties, forms, conditions, undertakings or collateral agreements, express, implied or statutory between the parties other than as expressly set forth in this agreement.
